I am not sure, huge fan favorites like Burning Up, Dress You Up, Live To Tell (US No.1),True Blue (UK No.1), Who's That Girl (US & UK No.1), Causing A Commotion, This Used To Be My Playground (US No.1), You'll See & Jump are missing!!! Not again Human Nature, Don't Tell Me and Beautiful Stranger!!! I Could have done without Get Togehter to be honest. And why not in Chronological Order? I really liked that on The Immaculate Collection? I am just devastated that Burning Up and True Blue are again ignored, I was hoping they would put the videos on the DVD, but they are not even on the album. A complete singles collection 1982-2009 with bonus CD with B-sides and "unreleased" tracks, would have been better, but the Record Company does not care. Anyway, still looking forward to it, the album cover is amazing!

in this compilation i would: Dress you up, Who's that girl, Gambler, Causing a Commotion, Burning uo, This used to be my playground, You'll see, Love Profusion

they should have mixed the songs more evenly, CD1 is like Immaculate Collection in different order and CD2 is like GHV2 with some extra tracks! A 3-CD set would have been perfect: 80s, 90s and 00's! Oh well!

Gambler isn't in any Madonna album (exception for the japanese EP "La Isla Bonita SuperMix")..i want it on this collection, in many countries it was a success (for example in Italy, N. 3 in Hit parade..

Gambler, Angel, Bad Girl, I'll Remember, Dress You Up, Playground, True Blue, You'll See, Live To Tell, Causing A Commotion, Burning Up, Jump, Drowned World, Nothing Really Matters, Who's That Girl, Hanky Panky, Oh Father, Fever etc.... all missing...my god she had too many hits! Every z-list singer has a double CD with "Hits", it should have been a box set like the "Royal Box" for the Queen of Pop and 3 decades of Singles, I would have been happy to pay more and would have "celebrated" like mad! No big surprises here! The least they can do is release ALL of her videos on blu-ray in HD, as it can hold hours and hours and hours of stuff! Wishful thinking.

Perhaps Madonna should release three CDs so more hits could be included. People can chose the ones they want from the three.

Why has Who's that Girl has been ignored yet again!!?.

Madonna says she never wants to repeat herself, however this just seems like The Immaculate Coll & GHV2 just added together to me.

....would have also liked Dress You Up, Burning Up, This used to be my playground, Gambler & Causing a commotion to be included.

Anonymous said...

Please include Nobody Knows Me and Jump!

Thanx for posting The rumored tracklisting!
First things i noticed whas that the Who's That Girl album was again overlooked, and i agree with others about Gambler, and as it seems out of order anyway, why not mix it up a bit even more Like Ray of light followed by Holiday or something.

I agree with the other comments, 'Who's that Girl' is a great track - get it on the Greatest Hits!!

Madonna version), Tell Me (in Nick Kamen greatest hits ther's a part where Madonna sing a solo), Be Careful (feat. Ricky Martin)...and unreleasedes songs.....absolutely 3 CDs!!!!!

LOL The album is called "Celebration" and not "Make A Wish" :))
It would be great to have a remastered Madonna demo of "Each time You Break My Heart" and maybe "Like A Flower", "Dance", "Like An Angel Passing Thru My Room", "Triggerin' Yor Senses, "Superpop", but singles like "Burning Up", "Who's That Girl","True Blue" are more important as it's a HITS album.

She should add some unrealeased songs. I would love that. I would like to see Burning Up, Dress You Up, Nobody Knows Me, and Express Yourself. How could there not be Express Yourself???!!!

Anonymous said...

and where is 'Hey You'? this hasn't been made available on cd yet!

Anonymous said...

There is Express Yourself! - It's the second song! Duh!

Anonymous said...

I know for sure that MILES AWAY and LIVE TO TELL are on the album, if you watch the TV ad in slow motion you can read the song words of Miles Away and see Live To Tell in fat letters, so the remoured track listing is not correct! Also it's 34 tracks and not the 37!
I really don't know why she put HUMAN NATURE, BEAUTIFUL STRANGER & DON'T TELL ME on it! They are already on GHV2! It should have been singles that did not make it on The Immaculate Collection instead!

34 tracks that change the world PLUS new music..aren't 34 songs...34 are the knowed songs....adding the inedits they should be 36 or 37

yeah that looks like a good track list to me, would be fab to have Who's That Girl, Dress You Up and This Used To Be My Playground (my fave ballad of all time)on the album, but still missing Erotica & True Blue! :-( Well if they are at least included on the DVD, then I won't complain and be happy!
